idlidu — Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) ==================================== Version: 2026.09.15-counsel-approved Date: 15 September 2026 Status: COUNSEL-APPROVED FOR PUBLISH — effective 15 September 2026. Related: Terms · Privacy · Bot contact · per-Dataset /legal pages 1. Purpose This AUP states what you (and your Agents) may and may not do with idlidu. It applies in addition to the Terms of Service and each Dataset’s methodology and legal page. If there is a conflict on a Dataset-specific risk (e.g. “not a credit rating”), the Dataset legal page controls for that product. 2. Allowed use - Automated Agents and scripts calling documented APIs / MCP tools within plan quotas and rate limits. - Research, internal tooling, monitoring, and product features that respect methodology disclaimers and do not misrepresent Content. - Caching Content for your internal use as needed to implement your systems. - Citing Content with methodology / schema versions where you redistribute derived analytics. 3. Forbidden use You must not, and must not enable others to: 3.1 Security and abuse - Bypass authentication, Keys, paywalls, or access controls on idlidu or Upstream sources. - Probe, scan, or attack networks, hosts, or accounts you do not own or lack authorisation to test (including using idlidu ingest ideas as a pretext). - Attempt to disrupt the Service (overload, poison, exploit). 3.2 Key and billing abuse - Share Keys across separate customer organisations. - Farm Keys, rotate identities, or otherwise evade quotas or bans. - Use complimentary / soft-launch Keys for production workloads beyond what was granted. 3.3 Misrepresentation - Present Dataset output as a credit rating, security certification, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, brokerage, appraisal, official government product, or employment decisioning system. - Strip methodology, disclaimer, or citation fields in a way that makes Content appear authoritative beyond what we claim. 3.4 Rights and redistribution - Resell raw snapshot bulk dumps as a competing archive except where an Archive entitlement expressly allows export / redistribution. - Use the Service to build a substantially identical substitute archive product by bulk extraction in violation of plan terms. - Violate Upstream copyright, database rights, or website terms applicable to your own conduct (your use of Content does not grant you idlidu’s Upstream fetch permissions). 3.5 Law and sanctions - Use the Service in violation of applicable law, including export controls and sanctions regimes that apply to you. - Use idlidu to collect or process personal data unlawfully. 3.6 Upstream interference - Instruct us (or attempt to use our bots) to log into Upstream accounts, bypass robots / paywalls, or scrape properties you know forbid it. 4. Agents Agents you run are treated as your tools. Prompting an Agent to violate this AUP is a violation by you. You must configure Agents with appropriate Keys, quotas, and human oversight for high-impact decisions. 5. idlidu-operated bots (our fetchers) When idlidu fetches public sources for Dataset archives: - Bots identify via the Bot page (05-BOT-CONTACT.txt / https://www.idlidu.com/bot/). - Prefer allowlists; live fetch gated by each track’s SOURCES / ToS notes. - Modest cadence; robots.txt respected by default. - No login or paywall bypass. Site owners with rate or opt-out concerns: research@idlidu.com 6. Enforcement We may investigate suspected violations. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke Keys, refuse service, delete abusive accounts, and report criminal activity to authorities. We are not obligated to monitor all Content or customer use. 7. Reporting Report AUP abuse or security issues: research@idlidu.com Founders mail — multi-day replies, not a ticket SLA. 8. Changes We may update this AUP. Material changes will be posted on https://www.idlidu.com/legal/aup/. 9. Contact research@idlidu.com Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited, CIN U43900MH2023OPC413456 Nashik, Maharashtra, India
